Just open the pack and slide the soft shield over the area of desired protection. 

Wrap the guard with the enclosed gauze to hold it in place. It will air-activate, 

starting the molding process and transforming to a stiff protector in 20 minutes. 

Once formed, the Gel-to-Shell Shield stays hard, for all-season protection. 

Includes one washable, hourglass-shaped guard
